Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Valeria Artworks, operated by SO Product Studio, handles information when its private production tools connect to Pinterest and publish approved creative work.

1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to the Valeria Artworks Pinterest publishing integration and related private production workflow. Valeria Artworks is a creative brand operated by SO Product Studio. This wording does not represent SO Product Studio or Valeria Artworks as a registered company.
The integration is used by the operator to connect an authorized Pinterest business account, manage boards, and publish approved Pins that link to Valeria Artworks product pages.
2. Information we handle
Depending on how the integration is used, we may handle:
- Pinterest authorization data: OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted permissions, token expiry times, and authorization state values.
- Pinterest account and content data: account identifiers, board names and identifiers, Pin identifiers, Pin titles, descriptions, alt text, and publication status.
- Product and creative data: approved artwork files, Etsy listing URLs, product titles, descriptions, and other content intentionally selected for publication.
- Operational records: timestamps, duplicate-publication checks, API responses, and limited technical error logs needed to operate and secure the integration.
We do not request Pinterest passwords, payment card data, private messages, contact lists, or advertising audience data through this integration.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- authenticate an authorized Pinterest account;
- create or locate the selected Pinterest board;
- publish approved images, descriptions, and product links as Pins;
- prevent accidental duplicate publications;
- maintain security, diagnose failures, and verify genuine publication results; and
- respond to privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests.
We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or use Pinterest data for unrelated surveillance or automated decision-making.
5. Retention and security
OAuth tokens are kept only while the Pinterest connection remains active or until they expire, are revoked, or are deleted. Short-lived authorization state values expire after approximately 15 minutes. Publication records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to prevent duplicates, verify actions, maintain security, and resolve disputes.
Credentials and operational records are stored in the operator's private local environment with restricted file permissions. They are not embedded in this website or intentionally exposed in source code. Approved images are sent to Pinterest only when a publication action is confirmed.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and investigate suspected unauthorized access.
6. Your choices and rights
You may revoke the integration's Pinterest access through your Pinterest account settings. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with the integration. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, request portability, or complain to a competent data protection authority. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
7. Children
This integration is not directed to children and is intended for operation by the Valeria Artworks account owner. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
8. Policy changes
We may update this policy when the integration, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when a material update is published.
